Who is not a candidate for weight loss medications:
- <18 years of age
- BMI <27 (if you are unsure of your BMI, please use this BMI calculator)
- Personal history of multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome or pancreatitis
- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma
- Type 1 diabetes
- Women who are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding
- Kidney disease

Schedule Consultation
Book online with our Nurse Practitioner. Complete ALL intake forms before your visit OR you may be asked to reschedule. Bring all lab results from the past 6 months. If you have not had labs within the past 6 months, no worries! We can draw them during your first visit (additional fee applies).
What to Expect
Together, we will review your medical history, current medications, labs, and complete a brief physical exam to determine if medical weight loss is right for you. A personalized treatment plan will be developed and medications ordered if you meet criteria.
Medical Supervision
Meet with our nurse practitioner every 4 weeks to weigh in, optimize lifestyle modifications, and adjust medication dosing if applicable.

We are a cash-based clinic and do not accept insurance.
